AD Scope: AcousticsHGA Sacramento approached Acoustic Dimensions to assist in the renovation of the Yuba Community College theater building. The 350 seat theatre, originally built in 1967 went through an extensive modernization which entailed new audio, video and lighting system design, an additional backstage space, and an expanded HVAC system. Adjustable acoustics elements were added to address the multiuse nature of the theater space. The sound isolation was also improved by upgrading exterior doors and introducing sound and light locks.
