With their 100th Anniversary approaching, FBC Panama City had grown to the point that a larger sanctuary was required to accommodate the needs of their membership. They desired that the new sanctuary have a traditional look that would blend with the rest of the campus, a balcony, 200-seat choir loft, orchestra and an electronic organ.
Choir and orchestra are a significant part of their worship program and the sanctuary needed to support natural acoustics for the organ and choir while still maintaining speech intelligibility from the platform. Additionally, television production capability was required, as the worship services are broadcast live each Sunday.
